Our September CQA meeting will be your last chance to sign up for the Shop Hop on Oct. 11 and 12. This is going to be a fun time of laughter and shopping, transportation to 12 quilt stores, an overnight stay, and other goodies. Total cost is $315 per person. Contact Thelma Atkinson to sign up.

Come visit the Flying Geese's Quilt Show on Saturday, Sept. 16 from 10 AM to 4 PM. There will be 180 quilts and other items on display, an auction, a boutique, and raffle baskets. Admission is only $10 and parking is free! The location is Orange Quilt Bee, 628 E Katella Ave., in Orange.
Southern California Council of Quilt Guilds has issued a call for quilts for a special exhibit during the Road to California quilt show in January of 2024. It's called "Stitching a Community Together". You can get all the details and requirements by going to https://www.sccqg.org/. It would be great to have our group represented by one or more submissions. And we would all get to see your quilt when we visited Road to California ourselves!
